Description

A particularly attractive late 18h Century solid oak longcase clock. Boasting a splendid break- arch hooded case with fine quality glazed side windows and first period enamel face portraying a country house scene. The face has elegant raised corner spandrels and subsidiary seconds and date appartures. Moreover, the clock has a rare eight day bell striking movement with deadbeat escapement.
