Striking Alabaster and Gilt Mantel Clock.

Description

A small, early 20th Century mantel clock. It has a rectangular polished alabaster case with brass beaded edged surmounted by two lovebirds. It has a convex glass with a hand decorated enamel dial, which is signed by the original retailer Waring and Gillow. It has an 8 day bell striking pendulum movement made by Japy Frere.(France, 1903 to 1910)

30.00cm high 15.50cm wide 10.00cm deep (11.81 inches high 6.10 inches wide 3.94 inches deep )

Current Condition

The case is in good condition, the movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months.
