English Fusee Mantle Clock

Description

A pretty and unusual early/mid 19th century bronze ENGLISH MANTLE CLOCK in full working order.

The bronze case is beautifully cast with scrolls and leaves with a pineapple finial, whilst the 8-day timepiece movement (substantial for a relatively small clock) is line-driven fusee. The dial is engraved, silvered and signed Cox Savory, Cornhill, LONDON.

Full working order and guaranteed for at least two years.
