Late Victorian Lancet Mantel Clock- Maker to The Admiralty (England, c. 1890)

A Late 19th Century light mahogany and inlay mantel clock. It has a Gothic lancet top case, inlaid with boxwood stringing and a central rosewood motif. The brass bezel has a bevel edge glass and a white enamel dial, signed by the original retailer, F H Phillips, Moorgate EC London., Makers to The Admiralty. It has a French 8 day pendulum movement.

26.50cm high 17.00cm wide 12.50cm deep (10.43 inches high 6.69 inches wide 4.92 inches deep )

Current Condition

The case retains its original finish, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
