Edwardian Mahogany and Inlay Mantel Clock

Description

An Edwardian solid mahogany mantel clock. It has a break arch case, which is inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing and a central shell motif and has brass side handles. It has a convex enamel dial, with a convex glass. The 8 day movement has a lever platform escapement.(England, c. 1905)

23.00cm high 17.00cm wide 9.00cm deep (9.06 inches high 6.69 inches wide 3.54 inches deep )

Current Condition

The case has been re-polished, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months. It benefits from a new platform.
