Mahogany and Inlay "Napoleon Hat" Mantel Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A good quality mahogany and boxwood inlaid mantel clock. It has an arched case with an acanthus and beaded moulding to the base. It has a cast brass bezel with a convex bevel edge glass and an engraved convex silvered dial. The 8 day pendulum movement strikes the hours and halves and was made by the Empire Clock Company.(England, 1910 to 1920)

22.00cm high 37.00cm wide 12.00cm deep (8.66 inches high 14.57 inches wide 4.72 inches deep )

Current Condition

The case is in excellent original condition, the brass bezel has been polished and lacquered, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months
