Small Oak 8 Day Longcase Clock

Description

A very pretty little early 19th Cent oak longcase clock of unusually small proportions. It stands only 76" high. It is by Joshua Bearcock of Chatteris, Cambs. He is listed as working there from 1798.

The golden oak case is a lovely colour and is in excellent condition.

The 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell and has a very attractive painted dial with a subsidiary seconds dial and date window.

It is in good working order and keeping good time.

The maximum dimensions are:

193cm(76") high

48cm(19") wide

24cm(9.5") deep

Free local delivery and set up (60mls), national and international delivery arranged at cost.
