Fine Gorge Case Striking Carriage Clock

Description

A good quality large carriage clock, having a polished brass gorge case, with an oval bevel edge glass top window. It has a white enamel dial with roman numerals and five minute markers..

The 8 day movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong, and retains its original lever platform.(France, c. 1890)

19.00cm high 10.00cm wide 9.00cm deep (7.48 inches high 3.94 inches wide 3.54 inches deep )

Current Condition

The brass case has been polished and lacquered so it will not tarnish, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a 360 degree video clip of this clock striking please email us.
