Small Chinoisery Bracket Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A small red chinoisery lacquered bracket clock, having a break arch case with a brass loop handle. The case is decorated with oriental scenes in raised gilt and silver relief. It has a white enamel dial with a bevel edge glass, and 8 day movement with a lever platform. (England, 1910 to 1920)

20.00cm high 13.50cm wide 7.50cm deep (7.87 inches high 5.31 inches wide 2.95 inches deep )

Current Condition

The case retains its original finish, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and benefits from a replacement Swiss lever platform
