Superb French Art Deco Clock

1920 - 1940
Description

An extremly decorative and excellent quality Art Deco mantle clock with wonderful bronze figures. The clock case is all metal decorated to look like walnut with silver plated mounts. The figures of a girl with two dogs are in bronze partially silver plated.

It has a good quality 8 day movement that strikes the hours and half hours on a gong.

The case and figures are in good order but the dial is a bit rubbed (this can be restored if required). The movement is in good working order.

The maximum dimensions are:

50cm(20") high

36cm(14") wide

12.5cm(5") deep
