Small Alabaster and Ormolu Clock Garniture

Description

A well proportioned clock garniture, comprising of a clock and two matching candelabra.

The clock in the Louis XVI style has reeded alabaster case, applied gilt ormolu decoration, surmounted by a cupid holding a rose. It has a convex, hand decorated floral enamel dial with fine pierced and engraved hands. The 8 day pendulum movement strikes on the hours and halves on a bell and is made by Vincenti, Paris. The two branch candelabra have removable drip sconces

29.00cm high 34.00cm wide 12.00cm deep (11.42 inches high 13.39 inches wide 4.72 inches deep ) The candelabra are 17cm high

Current Condition

The case is in excellent condition, the gilding is good and is original. The movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
