19th Cent Mahogany Longcase Clock

Description

An impressive mahogany longcase clock dating from the early 19th Cent. It is by Henry Wardlow of Liverpool. He is listed as working there from 1805 to 1848.

The mahogany case is of superb quality and veneered in beautifuly figured veneer.

It has an 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell. The painted dial has subsidiary seconds dial and date indicator and moon phase indicator to the arch.

The case is in good original condition and the movement has all functions working and is keeping good time.

The maximum dimensions are:

230cm(90.5") high

64cm(25") wide

29cm(11") deep

UK and International delivery arranged.
