Description



A very unusual balloon mantel clock, having a red chinoiserie lacquered case. It has an enamel dial and a convex bevel edge glass. The 8 day pendulum movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong. (Germany, c. 1910)

22.00cm wide 34.00cm high 13.00cm deep (8.66 inches wide 13.39 inches high 5.12 inches deep)

Current Condition

The lacquer is in very good condition, the movement is to be serviced and guaranteed for 12 months.
