Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The walnut and ebonised case being in beautiful condition with a rich, warm patina.
The enamelled dial having black Roman numerals and subsiduary seconds dial. It is free from any cracks, chips or crazing.

The 8 day movement strikes on the half-hours and the hours and is stamped with the G.Becker factory emblem. It has just been completely overhauled by our BHI registered staff. Brass weights and pendulum all in excellent order. Enamelled beat counter and still retaining it's original key.
