Swedish Mora Longcase Clock

Description

An early 19th Century Swedish painted Longcase clock. It has a traditional lyre shaped case, with a circular hood and bombe trunk door with a glass lenticle to view the pendulum. The convex dial is signed by the maker "Grinon". The 8 day movement sounds the hours on two toned bells.

Current Condition

The case has been re-painted and the movement is to be serviced and guaranteed for 12 months.
