Small Mahogany and Inlay Bracket Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A small, solid mahogany bracket clock having a shaped top with a brass acanthus carrying handle, a case inlaid with swags in various woods, with chequered stringing and brass ogee feet. It has a white enamel dial with a bevel edge glass. The 8 day lever platform movement was made by Buren of Switzerland. (England, c. 1910)

13.50cm wide 23.00cm high 7.70cm deep (5.31 inches wide 9.06 inches high 3.03 inches deep)

Current Condition

The case has been re-polished and wax finished, the brasswork has been polished and lacquered so it will not tarnish. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months

20% deposit will secure this item for up to 3 months.
