Description

A stunning, fine and impressive vintage pearl, 0.75 carat ruby and 0.42 carat diamond and 18 carat yellow gold brooch; part of our diverse gemstone jewellery collection.

This stunning, fine and impressive floral brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.

This 1950s brooch is ornamented to the centre with an impressive pearl encompassed with fourteen claw set round faceted cut rubies.

The central cluster design is further encircled with six individually claw set eight cut diamonds alternating with six simplified flower head designs, each accented with a further pearl.

The upper and lower portions of the brooch feature trefoil shaped settings embellished with claw set eight cut diamonds, and either end of the brooch bears identical arrangements ornamented with claw set rubies.

The brooch terminates to either end with three-dimensional yellow gold bud style motifs, completing the organic design.

This vintage brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.

This stunning brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
