A very fine 19th Century French Cave À Liqueur ormolu and cut glass tantalus set. This stunning piece is of exceptional quality with fabulous well cast geometric and beaded row decoration throughout. The tantalas body of circular form is surmounted with a decorative hoop carrying handle above an elegantly simple single ring turned columnar support featuring a sectioned tier which forms the holder for a gorgeous set of three cut glass decanters with stoppers and a set of ten glasses, supported on a mirror glass plate base, terminating on female masque foot.
