Antique silver watch chain and vesta.
Each chain measures 23cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. Both of the clasps have hallmarks for Birmingham 1889, with a maker’s mark for Charles Daniel Broughton, the Birmingham gold and silver chain maker. Each of the links has the lion silver mark. The T-bar is a period replacement, being hallmarked for 1919.
Also included is a silver vesta case, hallmarked for Chester 1916 with a maker’s mark for J & R Griffin. There is a slight unevenness to each side but not too detrimental at all.
The fob is hallmarked for Birmingham 1914. Rose gold wash detail to both sides, and free from inscriptions.
