An Amazingly Painted Light / Mid Grey 2 Door Original Hungarian Storage Cupboard

This cupboard is in good condition. We have professionally restored it and then painted it in a lovely light / mid grey paint. We then rubbed over the edges and waxed it giving it a stunning appearance.

The cupboard would look well in an old or modern property in a large unfitted kitchen for storage of kitchen items. It would look great on a landing for storage of linen etc if you have a large staircase. Please be aware this is in one piece and I will require a hand off the van with it into your hallway. If it is to go up stairs your staircase needs to be straight with no turns.

The cupboard stands on square back legs and round turned front bun feet supporting the main section. There are two doors and each door has three panels and a key that locks the doors. To the sides there are fluted columns aswell as the middle. There are carved corbles to the top and bottom. The sides are panelled which is a sign of quality. Behind the doors there are shelves for storage. The shelves are not fixed so more shelves could be placed in if required. The top has a standard graduated cornice with lovely circular motifs beneath.

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
