Reindeer Antiques has dated this Chinese Black Lacquer Cabinet to the 19th Century.

The lacquer on this cabinet is beautifully untouched and the quality of the cabinet is shown with the interiors of the drawers being decorated with the maki-e technique in which powdered gold dust is sprinkled into wet lacquer.
