Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Sugar / Jam Spoon

1920 - 1940
Description

A fine example of an antique sterling silver ornamental spoon by Georg Jensen, often associated with serving jams or condiments. It has a curving handle with an Art Nouveau style leaf and berry design.

A stylish and good quality piece of Jensen silver with a full set of import hallmarks for London, 1930, Stockwell & Co plus Georg Jensen stamp and 925 mark. It weighs approximately 29g.

It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are a few light marks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Length : 5" / 13cm

Width of Bowl : 1 1/2" / 4cm
