This 18ct white gold ballerina-style ring dates from the 1950s and is set with a round brilliant-cut diamond at its centre. The central stone is surrounded by a halo of smaller round diamonds, with tapered baguette diamonds fanning outwards in a radiating arrangement typical of the style. Strongly structured and well proportioned, the design creates impact through clean geometry and precise setting, making it a confident example of mid-century diamond craftsmanship.
