Georgian Oak Wall Cupboard

A Georgian oak wall hanging spice cupboard or food cupboard, c1800, with a single door and drawer below. Inside is a shelved area and three small drawers. This could sit on a worktop or on another piece of furniture as well as being wall mounted.

The three internal drawers have been made by us as the originals were no longer present. If the drawers are not required the spaces can be used as little shelf spaces or pigeonholes.

Condition: Overall good condition with general surface wear and patina in accordance with age and use. There is a hole drilled through the side, and another through the back. The key is fixed in the lock and acts as a handle. There are a few old woodworm holes in the back edge of the top, and the back edges of the sides - this is not active but we have treated it as a precaution.

Delivery of furniture usually takes between 7 and 21 days from order, though can sometimes take longer. This is an antique item and as such may have signs of wear in accordance with its age. Anything that we think is of note will have been mentioned above, but please study the photos carefully to satisfy yourself as to its condition as it is not possible to list every little mark or flaw. We accept returns for all items providing the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sent.
