Rene Lalique Epines perfume bottle with red staining. Epines means thorns in French- the perfume bottle is decorated with entwined thorns. Moulded signature R Lalique to underside of base. The staining is in good order and enhances the design. Designed c 1920. Marcilhac number 591 – approx. 11 cm tall. Stopper and base numbered 268v. A couple of  nibbles to the base of the stopper but otherwise in excellent original condition.
