18ct Gold Antique Double Snake Ring, Rose-cut Diamond Eyes, London 1911

£2,490    $3,369    €2,859
Magnificent Antique 18ct Gold Double Snake Ring, Diamond Eyes – London 1911

A splendid example of early 20th-century craftsmanship, this superb double snake ring is beautifully modelled in rich 18ct gold and carries full London hallmarks for 1911, together with the maker’s initials W W. The entwined serpents are wonderfully executed, each with delicate rose-cut diamond eyes and finely shaped features, including slightly open mouths and a softly tapered coiled tail.

The symbolism of the serpent — representing eternal love, loyalty, and enduring friendship — makes this an especially meaningful piece. Substantial on the hand and exceptionally well-preserved, it is a ring of great presence and timeless appeal.
