19th Century Mahogany Linen Press

This is a beautiful 19th Century Mahogany Linen Press, crafted from richly figured mahogany with exceptional grain and warm, deep tones. A classic and highly practical piece of English antique furniture.

The upper section features a spacious hanging rail, making it ideal for garments, coats, or longer textiles. Beneath the hanging space is an open blanket compartment, perfect for storing linens, bedding, or household textiles.

The lower chest is fitted with one long drawer over three Dummy drawers, each retaining their elegant brass oval handles.

The piece stands on its original bracket feet and is topped with a well-proportioned cornice, giving it a strong, stately presence. A wonderful combination of storage, display, and period craftsmanship.

A superb functional antique, perfect for bedrooms, dressing rooms, or as a statement storage piece in any home.
