René Lalique Pissenlit Pattern Standard Bowl, 24 Cm

Description

This is a René Lalique Pissenlit (dandelion) pattern Standard bowl, model 3215, designed in 1921.

The bowl is in excellent condition. It shows age related wear and tear consistent with use.

The bowl measures 24 cm (9.6 inches) in diameter across the rim and is 9 cm (3.6 inches) in height. The bowl is moulded in the Pissenlit dandelion leaf pattern. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any evidence of restoration. The bowl weighs 1.1 kg. (~ 2 lb. 7 oz.). The bowl carries an impressed "R LALIQUE FRANCE" circular legend to the middle of the bowl.
