Surmounted by a chubby gilt cherub with wings

Very ornate casting to the gilt

Clock face dial bears the signature “St. James”

White enamel with black Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes

The base features additional neoclassical embellishments, including a heart motif beneath the dial, and stands on gilt toupie feet
