Description

Late C19th/ early C20th brass classical column table lamp of good large scale and proportions.

The reeded and gently tapering architectural column mounted on a block base with cast laurel wreath decoration, the whole raised on a multi-stepped plinth with further cast bead decoration .

The top of the column with a classically-inspired circular cast capital with a square block supporting the light fixture.

In excellent original condition with an aged surface and patina. Has been rewired using traditional style cotton-covered 3-core twist flex , PAT tested , and ready to use.
