This is a very decorative large clear glass apothecary jar with original gilt label and green ''tole peinte'' cover. The gilt label with a black and red border with Latin inscription. The neck with a green litho painted tole in good original condition. The base with snapped pontil mark . It is a large and impressive example ,measuring 10 inches high. Very decorative. Shown in the last picture with matching jar.
