A superbly stylish late 19th century, hand painted porcelain Chinese vase, later converted to a small lamp around early 20th century, circa 1910-1920.
A small whilst splendid decoration antique lamp with a prolific traditional Chinese figural and floral theme and motifs, expertly hand painted with striking colour and skill.
The lamp measures 18cm with a brass ormolu base and top, newly wired and new bulb housing, with natural linen braided cable, PAT test, plug and in-line switch, a charming decorative piece that sits well and can complement a classic or contemporary space, desk, coffee table, bookcase, mantlepiece etc..

Presented in very good condition, no cracks, chips or glaze distress, the brass has a timeworn and some tiny show of wear to the base which adds authenticity and character.
