Solid Oak Vienna Regulator Wall Clock

Description

An unusual light oak wall weight driven regulator clock. It has an architectural pediment with inset carved frieze, fluted side pilasters, and a shaped base section with original finials.

The movement has a two- piece white enamel dial and is 8 day duration, gong striking, has a dead beat escapement and maintaining power for acurate time-keeeping , made by Lenzkirch of Germany and numbered 473254. (Germany, 1872)

38.00cm wide 110.00cm high 16.50cm deep (14.96 inches wide 43.31 inches high 6.50 inches deep)

Current Condition

The case has been revived, the movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months
