This box is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and waxed it in a lovely antique brown bri wax.This box would look well in an old or modern property in any room for any type of storage purpose amongst similar antique pine furniture. This box stands on georgian bracket feet supporting the main section. There are two large drawers to the bottom with brass drop handles. The drawers are pine lined. There are three panels to the front that are fielded and the sides are also panelled. There is a brass key escutcheon to the top. The top itself is in good condition with a bull nosed edge and it opens up with original iron hinges.
