19th century mantle clock. The 8 day movement striking the full hours on a cast bell giving a lovely clear mellow sound. Although this Clock is around 130 years old the porcelain Plaques are in perfect condition without cracks, chips or abrasions due to over cleaning, a very rare find these days.

The photographic images do not do justice to the vibrant colours of the decoration of birds fluttering amidst blossoms
