Here we have a wonderful rare Welsh Oak cupboard on chest c1790. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a beautiful moulded pediment to the top with stunning inlaid decoration. The two cupboard doors have fielded panels and shaped sides. Internally there are three solid Oak shelves. The base has a secretaire to the top drawer with an arrangement of drawers and pigeon holes inside. The drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and orginal handles. There are two further drawers below again with hand cut dovetail joints and the whole sits on original bracket feet. There are original thick Oak backboards typical of a Welsh piece. This item is in great retail condition and ready for your home.
