17th Century English Oak Court Cupboard

£1,150    $1,538    €1,316
Great example of a mid 17th century solid English oak Court Cupboard, with the date carved into the door panels…such a talking point and so interesting, these cupboards were very important pieces of furniture in their day, this one particularly as it has five separate cupboards, but now make a great decorative statement!

Although you cannot be sure of the date carved into the door panels, it is clear from the construction etc of this court cupboard, that is it a genuine 17th century piece.

Lovely to see also various sets of initials carved into it over its approximately 350 years of life.

Any queries, don’t hesitate to ask me about this piece!
