A handsome early 19th Cent Longcase clock by John Latham, Macclesfield, Cheshire. He is listed as working there between 1780 and 1830.
 
The case is in oak with mahogany details.
 
The good quality 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell. It has a smart painted dial with subsidiary seconds dial and date window (date currently not working)
 
The case is in excellent condition, has retained its original finish and is a good colour.
 
The movement looks to have recently been serviced and is keeping good time
 
Collection is preferred but we can arrange delivery at cost.
