Golden Oak Mantel Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A solid oak cased mantel clock, having a swept arch top, with reeded corner columns. It has an convex enamel dial with a brass bezel and convex glass. The 8 day hour and half hour gong striking movement is made by Marti of Paris. c. 1910

34.00cm wide 20.00cm high 13.00cm deep (13.39 inches wide 7.87 inches high 5.12 inches deep)

Current Condition

The case has been re-polished and waxed, the brasswork has been lacquered so as not to tarnish. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. .(our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
