18th Cent Oak Longcase Clock

Description

A handsome 18th Cent oak longcase clock in need of a little restoration. It is by William Hutchinson of Retford, Notts. He is listed as working there from 1776-1798.

The 30hr movement has an attractive dial with roman chapter ring and cast spandrels.

The case could do with a polish and the movement a clean but it is running and keeping good time.

The maximum dimensions are:

217cm(85.5") high

51cm(20") wide

25cm(10") deep.
