Large Heavy 222g Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Serving Tongs 1909 Antique

Description

High quality large English antique solid sterling silver asparagus, vegetable, or sandwich serving tongs. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1909 with the maker being Williams (Birmingham) Ltd. They are highly sprung and in good working order. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 10.75 inches (27.3cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.8cm) wide by almost 2 inches (4.8cm) across the grips and they weigh an impressive 222 grams. Super quality examples.
