Fine Victorian "Staniforth Patent" Tantalus

Description

Fine quality Victorian "Staniforth Patent" white metal and silver plated 3 decanter tantalus. This very attractive tantalus has a unique locking mechanism with original key. Comes with all three "hobnail" cut square decanters with original stoppers. One of the more unusual tantalus designs. High quality. The condition is basically pretty good but the silver plating is well rubbed to the frame and there is a tiny nick to the underside of the rim on one of the decanters.
