Description

This is an absolutely classic example of these ever popular wall clocks. Dating from c.1850, made by A. Straiton of St. Pauls, London.

It has a convex 12" white painted dial with black Roman numerals and gilt hands. (these can be painted black if a customer requires).

A convex glass with a heavy cast brass bezel.

The 8 day, fusee movement has just been fully overhauled by our Bhi registered horologist and carries our usual 12mths full parts and labour guarantee.

The superb quality mahogany case is beautifully polished with a deep, rich, age-related patina. It has a very narrow surround which enhances the overall superiority of the clock. It has a side inspection door and key lockable door to the underside.

If only we could find clocks of this quality every day.
