Miniature Early 19th Century Oak Chest Of Drawers With Swing Mirror

£345    $428    €409
An absolutely charming early 19th century oak chest of drawers with a swing mirror.

The original bevelled mirror plate is housed within an oak cushion frame and has attractive foxing commensurate with age. The chest is comprised of two long and two short drawers each with its pair of original small brass handles, which have aged beautifully. All drawers open and close with ease. The whole is raised above four small turned wooden feet. Historic owner initials of ''M. F. W-W'' can be found carved into a back board.

A really lovely example.
