Burr Walnut Ting Tang Bracket Clock by Lenzkirch

Description

A mid Victorian burr walnut bracket clock. The bell top case, in the late 17th Century has a carved top and door. The brass dial has cherub spandrels and a silvered chapter ring. The 8 day movement chimes the quarters on two gongs and strikes the hours on one. The movement is stamped "Lenzkirch 181810" (Germany, 1898)

24.00cm wide 32.00cm high 16.00cm deep (9.45 inches wide 12.60 inches high 6.30 inches deep)

Current Condition

The case has been professionally restored with a wax finish, the dial is in original condition. The movement has been serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months
