Handsome 18th Century Longcase Clock with Brass Dial Engraved J MARR of Retford Nottinghamshire with Date Window and Corner Spandrels Depicting Swirls of Foliage or Waves.

Jonathan Marr was working 1770-1814. (This is the Second Jonathan Marr Clock that I have had and would say this is more attractive and older that the other.)

The Warm Coloured Oak with Reeded Columns and Chevron Inlay Stands just 79in or 200.75cm High. Hood Width 57cm. Hood Depth 28cm

The 30 Hour Movement has been Checked, Serviced & Tested to be in Good & Full Working Order.
