18th Cent Longcase Clock Movement

Description

Interesting 18th Cent longcase clock movement by Wadge. There is a Josiah Wadge listed as working in Calligton, Cornwall from 1754, this movement is dated for 1769.

The 10" square dial has unusual silvered spandrels and a large working date aperture. The movement looks to be complete and has its original bell.
