Clockwise is pleased to have for sale this lovely eight day ships clock from the respected Smiths maker of high quality bulkhead clocks. Dating from circa 1910 this clock has a beveled glass hinged lid and the dial and heavy brass case are in excellent original condition; there is the usual fine timing adjustment on the dial and the original hands and bevelled glass to the hinged front bezel finish off this lovely piece. The high quality movement is fitted with a fine lever escapement platform and the entire piece has just been fully dismantled, serviced and cleaned. The dial is in fantastic condition and the clock is secured to an octagonal oak base ready for hanging straight onto the wall. This clock is covered by my three year warranty.
