Gilt Ormolu and Porcelain Mantel Clock

Description

A gilt ormolu mantel clock, having a portico style case with applied filigree decoration.

It has two ceramic side columns and a porcelain dial in an 18th Century classical taste. The 8 day gong striking movement is made by AD Mougin. (France, c. 1890)

20.00cm wide 32.00cm high 14.00cm deep (7.87 inches wide 12.60 inches high 5.51 inches deep)

Current Condition

The case is in excellent condition , the porcelain is perfect and the movement has been serviced and is guarnteed for 12 months .(our professional servicing includes cleaning, any necessary bushing, pivot polishing, testing and timing)
