Antique carved oak brass face eight day mantel clock having a brass face with a silver chapter ring, original hands and brass bezel. It has an eight day movement striking on the hour and half hour. The case has a marvelous carved oak architectural top above a moulded frieze with two reeded columns and carved capitals. It stands on a moulded plinth with original turned feet. A handsome example in good working order. Measures: H 40.5cm W 31cm D 19cm 1880
